Cleanroom Panel System

Cleanroom is controlled space designed to minimize particle contamination in every industry where small particles can adversely affect the manufacturing process.

A cleanroom panel system is a critical component in the construction of controlled environments where air quality, temperature, humidity, and particle contamination must be strictly regulated. These systems are widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, semiconductor manufacturing, and medical device production, where even the smallest airborne particles can compromise product quality or research integrity.

Cleanroom panels are typically modular in design, allowing for flexible installation and easy expansion or modification of the facility. They are engineered to provide smooth, non-porous surfaces that minimize particle accumulation and are easy to clean and disinfect. In addition, these panels contribute to maintaining airtight conditions, supporting efficient filtration and airflow management within the cleanroom environment.

Overall, cleanroom panel systems play a vital role in ensuring compliance with strict industry standards and maintaining the controlled conditions necessary for high-precision and contamination-sensitive processes.

Cleanroom Panel Construction and Core Structure

A cleanroom panel typically consists of two metal sheets that are folded and sealed around a rigid metal frame, forming a durable and stable structural unit. The interior of the panel is filled with high-density rock wool insulation, usually around 100 kg/m³, which provides excellent thermal insulation, sound absorption, and fire resistance.

This construction ensures both mechanical strength and environmental performance, making the panels suitable for demanding cleanroom applications. The combination of metal surfaces and rock wool core also helps maintain strict hygiene standards, as the smooth outer layers are easy to clean and resistant to contamination.

PANEL SYSTEM - WALL PANELS

Based on the Client’s requirements different coving systems can be utilized. Such as coving made out of coated metal sheets, PVC or even built on site from epoxy. Arched covings ensure the neglection of horizontal surfaces in connection with the wall and ceiling system. Covings are installed in ground and wall connections but our system allows vertical covings between partition walls and also between ceiling and wall elements.

Walls are attached to each other using hollow sections in order to provide strength to the connections and to withstand any possible damage according to the standards given.
